Approach
A four-week benchmarking engagement examined performance across financial, operational, market, and workforce dimensions against 22 comparable Vietnamese and regional manufacturers. The analysis surfaced significant variation within the workforce indicators — some areas notably better than average, others requiring attention.
Outcome
Board approved targeted interventions in three workflow areas, based on the findings. Six months later, the client commissioned a follow-up benchmarking cycle to assess progress. The workforce productivity gap narrowed by approximately 18% within the first review period.
